We have Pick Up from Store Option.
You can also purchase items that you like on our website or by phone and call us regarding your order before you come and collect them.
We will pack all the the items that you have order together and leave them at a safe area for you to pick up.
We will do a separate delivery to your home address if by any chance we have completely run out of stock at the time that you have just ordered or purchased the items online.
How much does it cost for the delivery or shipping to Australia?
$25 Standard International Shipping (non trackable) within 14 working days
$45 International Economy Courier (track, signature required) within 10 working days
$80 International Express Courier (track, signature required) within 7 working days
Weight Limit of 2kg applies for all shipping orders to Australia.
If it goes over 2kg, Birkenhead team will contact you with the additional shipping cost quoted by courier companies based on weight & size.
How much does it cost for the delivery or shipping to United States?
$100 Standard International Shipping (non trackable) within 14 working days, parcel less than 2 kg
$150 International Economy Courier (track, signature required) within 10 working days, parcel less than 2 kg
$300 International Express Courier (track, signature required) within 7 working days, parcel less than 2 kg
$500 International Express Courier (track, signature required) within 7 working days, parcel over 2 kg AND oversize

Do you charge extra for Heavy or Bulky order?
Yes, if order is very heavy or big in size, you may be charged extra for weight/volume. If such a scenario, Birkenhead Health Plus will contact you directly to discuss options prior to placing your order.
Does Birkenhead Health Plus deliver order on Saturdays?
Yes we provide special convince delivery option on Saturday at an extra $5.50 added to your shipping fee. As if now this service is available in Metropolitan city areas around NZ, and also depending on stock availability and day/time of when order placed. This is not express delivery but delivery only on Saturdays.
Does Birkenhead Health Plus provide free shipping outside New Zealand?
No unfortunately we don’t provide any options for free shipping outside New Zealand under any circumstances.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes/Rural/Private Bags?
Yes, we do deliver to PO Boxes, Private Bags and even Rural Areas within NZ.
No, we don't deliver to PO Boxes, Private Bags and even Rural Areas outside NZ.
Do you have to sign for the Parcel?
Yes. Birkenhead Health Plus uses 'Signature Required' policy for all national parcels which is covered by insurance if it is lost or damaged.
If customer choose to have the parcel sent out 'no signature required' or instructions to leave it anywhere on the property, this parcel is then not covered by insurance and will not be replaced or reimbursed by Birkenhead Health Plus if lost/damaged or stolen.
What if my International Order gets stuck at Customs?
Every country has local law and regulation for import of medicines & prescriptions. Birkenhead Health Plus respects the local law of country. We don’t export medicine to a country where those products are classified as prescription items; it is therefore responsibility of the customer to check local country's legislation for any items prohibited by any law, regulation or statute of any country.
Birkenhead Health Plus held no liability for delay, loss or damage of delivery parcels halted by customs. From time to time shipments are held by customs and subject to inspection fees - Birkenhead Health Plus is not liable for these fees or any other damages.
