Immuno Boost Tea is traditional plant medicine to help protect the upper respiratory tract from such irritants. It builds year-round immune resistance and supports immune response. With a sweet taste of Elderflower, Lindon blossom and Thyme, it’s great for children. Ideal as a preventative measure during the change of seasons.

Directions:
Use 1 level tsp (1g) per cup (150ml) and infuse with boiling water for 5-10 minutes.
Dose: Acute: 1-2 weeks Prevention & Upkeep
Adults 1 cup, up to 5x daily 1 cup, 1x daily
4-10 years 50-100ml, up to 5x daily 50-100ml, 1x daily
1-4 years 20-40ml, up to 5x daily 20-40ml, 1x daily
6-12 months 10ml, 3x daily 10ml, 1x daily
Babies 5ml, 3x daily 5ml, 1x daily

Special Instructions: Shake contents before opening. For children's dose, make an adult dose and extract the required mls. Do not microwave. To avoid external contamination close can immediately after use. Keep away from heat and moisture. Store in fridge in hot and humid climates.

Elderflower blossom (Sambucus nigra) supports a healthy immune system, enhancing immune function and the body’s defences for ills and chills.
Linden blossom:
Linden blossom (Tilia platyphyllos) has powerful bioactive constituents that, when taken regularly, can support immune responses. It strengthens the immune system and helps speed up recovery from ills and chills.
Plantain:
Plantain (Plantago lanceolata) helps to expel phlegm and soothe mucous membranes in the nose, throat and lungs. It is especially useful for respiratory tract health.
Sage:
Sage (Salvia officinalis) soothes mucous membranes in the nose, throat and chest.
Thyme:
With essential oils, Thyme (Thymus vulgaris) supports the immune system. Its expectorant action helps clear the air passage of excess saliva and mucous. Eases a dry, tickly throat and blocked nose.
