Directions:

In pregnancy: From early pregnancy until birth, apply 2-3 times daily to abdomen , hips and breasts to keep skin supple and hydrated. From week 34, additionally apply to perineum 2 times daily. Ask your midwife for instructions.

For baby: Use as a massage oil for baby. Massage clockwise to nourish, soothe and calm. For cradle cap, massage onto baby's scaly scalp, leave for 2 hours then gently comb.

Special Instructions: Store out of direct sunlight, in a cool place. Over time, discolouring of this natural product may occur but does not affect the efficacy or quality.
