Therapeutic Strength
Ingredients:
Organic fresh-plant extracts of: St John’s Wort (Hypericum perforatum), Comfrey (Symphytum officinale), Rue (Ruta graveolens), Willow Bark ( Salix spp) and Arnica (Arnica Montana), macerated in ethanol and purified water. Also contains ethanol, vegetable glycerine and peppermint. Hypoallergenic.
Directions:
Shake well before use. Take after food.
Recommended Dosage:
For First Aid: 1 tablespoonful (10ml) 3-5 times a day
For recovery and to prevent relapse: 1 teaspoonful (5ml) 2-3 times a day
Children 6-12 years: Take ½ the recommended adult dosage.
Children 2-6 years: Take ¼ of the recommended adult dosage.
For best results continue for a minimum of 4-6 weeks. Use together with Tissue Repair Cream (regular) or Strain Repair Cream (warming) for topical soothing.
Advice:
Use as directed. Do not apply to broken skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. If symptoms persist see your health professional.
Safety:
-Not to be used in pregnancy (because of Rue)
-At the recommended dosage clinically relevant herb-drug or TCM interactions are not documented.
-Breatfeeding- compatible within range of recommended dosage.
-No restriction on long-term use.
Contra-indications:
Oversensitivity to any of the ingredients. Not to be taken in the very rare case of allergies to Arnica and natural salicylates contained in Willow bark. Avoid use during pregnancy.
Storage:
Keep bottle out of sunlight in a cool place.
