Lactobacillus rhamnosus HN001 - 6 Billion CFU

Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus fermentum, Lactobacillus plantarum - Total 4 Billion CFU

Bifidobacterium animalis ssp lactis, Bifidobacterium breve, Bifidobacterium longum, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium infantis - Total 4 Billion CFU

Total Probiotics: 14 Billion CFU

Contains 30 serves.

Directions:

1.3g (1/3 tsp) taken daily, mixed into water, milk or any cold liquid of your choice, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Avoid heating as probiotics can degrade in heat.
