Also contains:

No Added: 
Gluten, dairy, yeast, sugar, artificial colours, sweeteners, flavours or preservatives.
Directions:
Adolescents aged 13-17 years: Take one capsule daily.
Adults 18 years and over: Take two capsules daily for 8 weeks, thereafter reduce to one capsule daily.
Precautions and Contraindications:
None known. 
Can be used in conjunction with prescription medication.
Pregnancy and Breastfeeding:
Not recommended due to lack of studies during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Side Effects:
Considered well tolerated at the level recommended. 
Rare side effects (in approximately 5% of individuals) may include stomach pain and diarrhoea (600mg per day).
