How To:

Apply a thin layer of DB Eye Primer to eye lid ,ensuring primer has absorbed, before following with your favourite DB Eye Shadow.

PIGMENT RED 101, C.I. 77492, CI.77742, C.I. PIGMENT BLUE 28, C.I. 42090, FERRIC AMMONIUM FERROCYANIDE, CHLORPHENESIN, CAPRYLYL GLYCOL, PHENETHYL ALCOHOL.
