      Dosage:
      Adults:Take 2 teaspoons (10g) daily
      Children (1 year +):Take 1 teaspoon (5g) daily
      GO Manuka Honey can be spread on toast or crackers for a tasty and nutritious meal or snack. 
      It can also be used as an alternative to sugar for a warm drink, or mixed in with hot water and lemon to enjoy as a refreshing drink.
      It can even be added to cooking or mixed with other ingredients for a marinade.
