Great Lakes Gelatin Unflavored Pork Gelatin is a pure protein derived by the hydrolysis of collagen from the pigskin.

Recommended Use:
1 tablespoon (12gm)
Gelatin is an excellent source of protein. The recommended daily dosage is two level tablespoons.
You will receive the maximum benefit if you take 1 Tbsp in the morning and 1 Tbsp in the evening.
To help curb appetite, best taken before meals. One Tbsp equals one envelope or 1 Tbsp gels 500ml of liquid.
Room temperature liquids:
Pour one tablespoon into a glass of your favourite beverage.
Allow to soak for one minute while stirring, then drink.
Hot liquids:
Add one tablespoon to cold liquid to hydrate for one minute, add hot liquid and stir until dissolved.
For Cooking:
Use in homemade recipes such as marshmallows, gummies, preserves, gravy, desserts and more.
Or add as a protein supplement to our hot oatmeal or cold cereals and stir.
Note:
Store Dry & Do Not Refrigerate, Gelatin will clump in cold water.
