Directions:
Shake before use, spray liberally on exposed skin and rub in. Allow to absorb for 30mins before sun exposure. Reapply every 2 hours during periods of high exposure, after sweating, swimming or toweling the skin. Pair with Heliocare Capsules and give your skin boosted anti-oxidant protection from within.
IMPORTANT:
Always use a SPF sunscreen and cover up during the highest UV times of the day.
