Apple Cider Vinegar, derived from fermentation of sweet apple cider, has been used for over 2000 years for various culinary purposes. It offers a wide variety of health promoting benefits such as helping improve digestion, reducing the body’s storage of fat, helping cleanse the body of toxins.
Glucomannan (from Konjac Root) is a soluble, bulk-forming fibre. It helps to promote the feeling of satiety and helps maintain intestinal regularity.
The inclusion of Chromium aids healthy glucose levels and carbohydrate metabolism plus plays an important role as an insulin co-factor.
Kelp, an excellent source of iodine, is essential for a healthy thyroid function.
Active Ingredients (per 2 capsules) :
Vitamin B6 (from Pyridoxine HCI) 7mg, Chromium (from Chromium Chelavite) 200mcg, Apple Cider Vinegar 500mg, Soy Lecithin 200mg, Glucomannan (from Konjac Root) (Amorphophallus konjac) 100mg, Organic Kelp (Laminaria spp.) 20mg, Grapefruit fibre 30mg.

Dose (adults):
Take 1 - 2 capsules 1 to 2 times daily with food.
